In this Paper, the sufficient criteria for the absolute stability of a class of three-dimensional indirect control system are established by applying theory of Hermitian quadratic form and Jordan's normal form. 利用若当标准形和厄米特矩阵理论,给出一类三阶间接控制系统的绝对稳定充分准则。
